Hi Cassie — here’s some extra info to help you make the best decision for your body: Model 0 is intended for those (typically under the age of 18) who are new to the world of periods. This means it works best for those with a lighter flow and less experience with period products like tampons. It is smaller than the Model 1 version by 1/8 of an inch.
In comparison, the Model 1 version is ideal for those with a medium flow and who have not given birth vaginally. Hope this helps!

I recently completed my cycle with this product. Using it for the first time was scary and a bit of a pain. All around it’s fantastic once you’ve gotten used to it. Probably won’t go back to traditional napkins.
