Product Care
- See included "Before First Use" instructions for how to clean your cup right out of the box. During your cycle, remove the cup (always use clean hands) and rinse first using cold water to help avoid discoloration and odor. Then wash using warm water and mild soap. Rinse again to completely remove any soap. Your Saalt Cup is then ready to reinsert.

I finally braved up and tried out the cup in small. I can’t tell if it is right for me yet but it did take practice. I would say it was successful for a first time. The pouch comes in handy too. I can’t really compare this one with others since I never used other brands but I did take a quiz to see what size/shape is best for me prior to purchase.

This is my first ever menstrual cup. It’s definitely a learning curve and tbh I think I might be more of a period underwear kinda gal (going to try those next). However, the product seems very good quality and is comfortable. I think I just need a bit more practice with it to get comfortable. I might switch to period underwear for lighter days, but this is definitely a nice option for heavier days.

I am so excited that Earthhero has started carrying Saalt products! I tried my first menstrual cup over a year and a half ago now and bought a Saalt cup from Amazon since Earthhero didn’t carry the brand yet. Since then, I have saved so much money and am so comfortable during my period! I often forget I’m even on my period while wearing these; it takes a lot of stress off of me during that time of the month. There is a learning curve to wearing one, and menstrual cups may not work for certain body types such as tilted uteri or certain shaped hymens, but Saalt is a great fit for a lot of body types and a great starter cup, especially if you think the Diva cup might be the wrong shape for you. I highly recommend for everyone.

The regular size fit well for me (1st time user, never been pregnant, 5’5″ tall). Definitely takes some getting used to, but I appreciate that the Saalt product comes with easy to read/follow instructions and guidance.

Decided to give a cup a try during quarantine and I am so glad I did. Not only am I not stressed about going to the store to buy products and generating waste, this cup is so soft and comfortable. There’s a bit of a learning curve but not a big deal at all and they’re not drying the way tampons can be on lighter days. The ethos of Saalt is also great. Highly recommend.

I love this cup. I was using the Diva Cup for about 3 years beforehand and just felt like it was not flexible enough and was uncomfortable. After doing some research, I heard about Saalt and their softer cups. This one has been perfect. I don’t even feel it! It is definitely a trial and error process to find the right cup for you, but the benefits of it lasting 12 hours, of not creating any waste, and of a one-time cost are totally worth it! Helping the environment and helping your own body stay healthy!

I have always been nervous about menstrual cups because they seemed scary to me but I thought I would finally give it a try. I have always loved the idea and wanted to lessen my waste. I am so glad I made the switch. It wasn’t nearly as difficult to insert or remove as I’d feared. There is a bit of a learning curve but it gets easier with use. It is very comfortable and holds a lot of blood. I highly highly recommend this product!!

I did a ton of research before making this purchase and I have to say that I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner! Once I got used to this new type of menstrual product, I knew that I would never want to have a period without it. I also don’t have to worry about leaks. I got the normal size. Between the cup and Thinx underwear, the amount of trash that I no longer create with traditional period products is astounding.

I bought this from target because I didn’t see it on Earthhero for a while, but I really like how it helps me reduce waste. Definitely a learning curve when first using it, but will never go back! I can go through my day with no worry of it leaking and totally forget I’m on my period.
