Even though this is a charcoal toothpaste, I expected it to have a minty taste. Boy was I surprised. It tastes terrible and does not leave my mouth feeling refreshed at all. I expected the lack of foam and even a little bit of salty taste with it being an all natural toothpaste, but I though they would at least try to make it taste good. This was money down the drain. I’m so disappointed.

I was very excited about this product and to get rid of my old toothpaste tube. Unfortunately upon trying it I couldn’t even get to a full 2 minutes. It’s salty and tastes like baking soda with a mint aftertaste. It also doesn’t foam up and feels like you’re brushing with mostly water. I was trying to go more sustainable but after this I’m not sure if I can as far as my toothpaste is concerned. The worst part is I couldn’t return it so now I have a $10 jar of powder that moody likely will sit there in the countertop
