Okay, I found another item that will hold it secure in a standing position. I do not like that it is made with plastic, but it can scrub wood cutting boards and wood bowls well, as well as forks, cooking utensils and the outside of silicone which I use to think was better than plastic, but I now know that it is similar to plastic because of the ingredients used to make silicone.
Use one to get the nasty bits..(they do collect oil & stain )
Then use the other to clean
It's a brush, and it works as a brush. But it's so hard to clean! Mine is so greasy now, it's hard to actually clean with it.
Hi Cindie! We're sorry you're experiencing some grease on your Be Good Dish Brush. You can wash the brush and handle with warm water and mild soap to remove any residue, and many customers have had luck with soaking the bristles in a bit of vinegar and dish soap to remove buildup there, too. Rinse well, dry thoroughly, and enjoy!
This has such a great handle. I really wish that the brush head was replaceable. When the brush wears out, I think I am going to make a fitting for the handle so I can use other brush heads on this handle.
Great sturdy brush. Cleans waaaay better than the sponges I have had. Makes doing dishes a more enjoyable task. Will purchase again whenever I need a new one
