Paraben Free
Parabens are synthetic chemical preservatives, commonly used in beauty products like shampoo, lotion, and deodorants. Parabens can accumulate in your body, and have been linked to hormonal disruption and reproductive problems. In studies of breast cancer patients, parabens have been found in the tissue of cancerous tumors–yikes! If you want to avoid Parabens in your beauty products, keep an eye out for methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, and ethylparaben in the ingredients list.

OEKO-TEX
The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a global independent certification system that regulates the use of harmful chemicals for yarns, fabrics, and finished textiles. Products with this certification meet rigorous environmentally friendly standards, as well as human-ecological health standards. OEKO-TEX® also creates standards based on the item’s proximity and sensitivity of the skin. For example, OEKO-TEX® holds baby clothing to a higher standard than an outer coat. For a product to earn this certification, all parts of the product must meet the criteria, including parts of clothing such as buttons, linings, threads, etc.
Low Impact Dyes
Companies can adopt multiple practices to dye their textiles and products in a more environmentally safe way. Low impact dyes usually do not contain toxins such as heavy metals, plasticizers, fluorocarbons, and formaldehyde. Sustainable dyes can also be water or plant based, or use less water than conventional dyeing methods.

These work as they should. My 3-month old sleeps 8+ hours without leaks. You can tell the diaper is full well before it leaks. My kiddo doesn’t seem bothered by a full diaper, though I’m not sure if that’s a testament to the diapers’ comfort or her chill nature! I have had one diaper with a dodgy tab, as another reviewer had noted, but I have also been cloth diapering so I just used a Snappi fastener – problem solved! I would recommend these.

I bought these for my baby niece and have yet to give them to her mom but I like the way they are package and that they are as eco friendly as they can be for a disposable diaper. I will update review once her mom has used them but overall they look great.

Sorta awkward fit, they’re very squareish, absorbency is good, had a few leaks but overall not bad. When you open the diaper and pull out the tabs they sometimes will have part of the diaper on them so they don’t stick. I wouldn’t buy them again
