This discovery brought Silvia back to her childhood in Bulgaria, where she spent summers at her great grandmother's house sleeping on wool mattresses with wool pillows and blankets. Wishing to share this with her own children, she called her family in Bulgaria to learn more about the traditional wool mattress-making process. Inspired by the desire to keep their own family safe and comfortable, Silvia and Viktor sought out an opportunity to create baby products made entirely of wool, and this vision turned into a reality with Wool Roots!
